Jennifer Blose, Licensed Massage Therapist

I am trained in a variety of modalities and techniques. Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and joint mobilization.
Each of which are useful in a given situation. But mutual respect and communication are two key techniques I use in every session. This allows my clients to REALLY relax and thus get a great massage every time.

Massage Offers a Multitude of Physical and Emotional Benefits.

Massage has been shown to reduce cortisol levels while increasing levels of serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins.  This balancing of hormones aids in relaxation and causes a reduction of feelings of danger and anxiety. This is great news for all clients! But for some clients this is just what they have been praying for!
Clients with Chronic Pain - Can feel a relaxation of painful muscles, tendons, and joints  thus a reduction of stress and anxiety as well
Clients with ADHD -  Can feel calm, relaxed and experience increased concentration
Clients with PTSD - Can get relief from stress, anxiety and depression
Clients with Insomnia - Can get more deep sleep
Clients going through Grief  - Can shift out of the stress response state
People can get stuck in “Flight or Fight” mode.
Through Massage clients are able to relax and feel safe, by Resetting the Flight or Fight state. Massage isn’t a cure, but it is effective at alleviating some of the worst manifestations of many syndromes. Medication is not a cure either. It helps us cope. Holistic options are choices that allow people to help their bodies through a complementary process.
Do you want to just cope with life managing your symptoms? Or Are You Ready to take your life back and make the most out of it?  You can access your own reset button! Book your session today.
